I'm not in the market for a replacement and noticed same as you. No CVO RG.  One pic from a local dealer at the show appears to show a Road Glide with CVO air cleaner and bags?? Wonder if they took a RG 107 and added to it?

that looks like one of the 'limited' edition numbered paint sets.  not a cvo, but more $$$

That is a very expensive custom paint set from Harley.  Just over 7K for the paint set.  At trade time it adds nothing to the bike value.

I was really hoping they would make more of a hot rod RG kind of like the 09. A street glide set up and offer a tour pack.

Well let's be honest Dave, nothing we do adds value to the bike at trade time. The stuff we do only helps the dealer sell it when he puts it back on the floor. ;)

a couple of years ago, i priced one out (just for shigs and tittles) including fairing lowers and a tourpack and extended saddlebags.  total price was over $10,000  :nervous:

The real kicker is some dealers will put factory custom paint sets on new bikes, add the $7/$10k price to the bike, and you don't get the take off (original) tins. You can guess what happens to those  (more $$$ for the dealer).

Why I like CVO as I add much less, so get a better return on trade

there is absolutely no friggen way that I am paying full retail for a bike, then full retail, plus install for a paint set and not take the takeoff parts home with me.

Oh I agree 100%. My girlfriend is the one that really pushed me to go that route, she pointed out a lot of detail and even she could see it would take quite a bit of money and time to get there and you still wouldn't have a CVO VIN#. I have to admit I'm glad they didn't come out with a FLTRUSE this year, it was easy to pass on the new new motor and let them work the kinks out for a year or two.
