I remembered Bronson rode an XLCH in the Show, but the replica shows an XLH.  They get an "F" for attention to detail.  Later--HUBBARD

For those of us that don't know a lot about Sporsters, or should I have left it as "don't know a lot".
What are the differences between the two models?

I could not remember either,  but ya need to let Hubbard chime in here again.  Cause I'm not sure what he meant by "replica".

The pics on the prior page all show a "kicker" on the bike. :drink:

Yep, My 1st street bike was a '76 RootBeer Brown XLH, bought it with 3xx miles on it in '76,,, I was a 19 year old on a Mission... A Great Bike,,, it was in the Stable for over 15 years...

Little known fact; Bronson was originally slated to run a Triumph,,, Just prior to production Harley (AMF?) flashed some ca$h and got him on the Sporty...

Then Came Bronson,,, a Great Show,,, Probably had some influence on this adolescent...

I had no idea about that triumph story. Sounds like we had the same bike.
