While attending a worldwide medical conference in Arizona three doctors go for a walk, a German pediatrician, a French neurologist, and a Polish endocrinologist. While hiking the hills they get lost. They wander into the evening lacking food and water. After 12 hours they spot a small town at the bottom of a hill. By the time they hit main street they are dehydrated. All three walk into the nearest bar.

The German pediatrician says "I am thirsty, I must have a mug of beer".
The French neurologist says "I am thirsty, I must have glass of wine".
The Polish endocrinologist says "I am thirsty, I must have diabetes".
