I like the stock (non-CVO) suspension height for a greater lean angle. Either way, Traxxion recommends that you do not raise the rear (by changing shock height) without also raising the front to match. You can go with a slightly taller front, without raising the rear. But not visa-versa. ;)

The RK Custom sits an inch lower than the other RK's, I drag the floor boards all the time. I like the look, but could take the corners a little tighter if it was at the same height as the other RK's.

Recently a buddy of mine brought his RK Classic/Custom over so I could ride it and see if was pinging like he thought. Right off the bat, I went down the driveway and turned left and drug the kickstand. Did it again at the turn at the end of the street. I caught the right board a couple of times just putting around.

I didn't like it, but it will force you to ride more conservatively.  Maybe I should drop mine an inch, or two.  ;)

Actually, that's pretty funny. No harm, no foul.

I thought I should post in the "What have you hit lately" thread with something like "The ground."

Looks like this is the original Traxxion Dynamics thread.

I've got a thousand miles or so on the SERG now. My first impression was the rear suspension SUCKS. So, I installed Bitubos. Sometimes its hard to tell whether the front or rear suspensions bottom out if you hit a bump. I decided to just try the stock front suspension for a while. While, improved, it STILL sucks.

Has anyone installed the AK20's on the new SERGs yet?

Why can I not reply in the Traxxion Dynamics vendor section? Is it locked?

The Vendor section is not for discussion. You can start a thread to ask a vendor a question he can reply and you can reply in your own thread. You can't make posts in other(s) thread(s) that is the way that board is set up.
