advice on carrying in California while traveling
« on: September 01, 2020, 10:23:05 AM »

Planning our fall western trip & was wondering about going into California with my guns. Not planning on going in far in California just around Death Valley area. I figured I'd just secure them in my trailer.

Looking for advice on this.

Ride safe & stay safe!

Thanks Dan

Here is a site I have found useful when traveling.  Includes firearm information on each state.

I checked the laws of CA before our trip in 2015.  Has to be locked and unloaded.  To go from vehicle into say hotel, has to be in locked container.

A locked and unloaded gun is useless.

And that is California gun law in a nutshell. Useless.
