Found this on HD Forum, seems about right, I was going to say 3.0 hours of labor,

  Service or replace fork slider and/or seal – includes both sides removal, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, replacing parts, servicing damper tube, replacing bushings, assembly and installation = 2.9 hours

  91700025A     FORK REBUILD KIT, W/ REF # 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 13, 20   2   33.49  (need 2 of these plus fork oil)
