My fiancé and I have ridden over 25,000 miles in the last 6 months, and aside from a couple small issues that were more annoying than anything, the bike has been mechanically sound.

I got the horsepower bug out of my system with the old bike, so only did a stage II this time around for more torque. I've done Legend Suspension all around, 12" bars, some additional lighting, king tour pack, and a handful of cosmetic things. Getting Sinister Sounds 720 watt stereo installed this weekend.

Looks like you have some nice things lined up for yours, I'm excited to follow along as you mod it, and I may even steal an idea or two :)

How do you do that?  Kept the old built King, but still had to build the M8.

Love what you have done to your bike.  Looks great

To add more than one photograph per post, the photos need to have already been posted on a photo sharing site such as Flickr or Photobucket. You then add the link from there to your post here. Look at any of the ride report threads by JCZ or Jock.

I installed the RWD shocks on my 2020 SGCVO and LOVE THEM. Much better IMO than the top of the line Ohlins on my last CVO. They are the best shocks I have ever tried.

It got to a point where I had to draw a realistic line between performance and long haul dependability. How much I ride keeps going up every year. Between my old King and this Road Glide, I'll realistically see almost 40,000 miles this year. The King with all that motor work and riding that much was seeing too much shop time. I miss the top end, but this RG with the stage II makes over 130 foot pounds with a very flat curve. It actually feels faster than the King until about 4000rpm. The setup overall is much better for a heavier bike and now, a passenger.

And thanks for the kind words, I try to keep things unique yet tasteful.

HotBear: 12" JSR Bad Attitude bars. VERY underrated company. Great fit/finish, I paid 264 shipped for the bars. Exhaust setup is Vance & Hines Power Duals with S&S Grand National Slip-ons. I kept the decibel reducers in to retain more power.
