What size is this front wheel?

Greetings to all!

Could anyone can tell me what size the front wheel is in the attached picuture? I believe it is an 18" Roulette by PM but I'm not positive. Thanks in advance!

Midnight Rider:
Looking at the tire, I would guess it to be a 19".  There's plenty of room for a 19" wheel under our fenders...however, depending on how you ride, and what kind of load you generally have on the bike when traveling, etc, do some research on tire load ratings before jumping in with both feet.
