Make the dealer correct it. It's under warranty

If two different dealers could not fix passenger pegs, one I would let service manger know their mechanic is incompetent.  Two I would never let them work on my bike again.

I think they just , bent the spring and put it back on , (not a new spring), I checked many other bikes and they were all  tight :nixweiss:

Sounds like yours are either all flat washers and no spring washers or they're not put in right. A good dealer would just take the good stuff off of another bike to get you on your way happy and then fix the problem on the other bike. A 5 piece jigsaw puzzle is not that hard to figure out.

I haven t dealt with a dealer in 12 years , but I don t see no change in there service, the other day after buying a left over 20 , I told the Sevice manager , my front break needed to be pumped up more (too much  hand play) he said thats as good as ya get , I said what about the other 20 bikes I just squeezed in the show room, he just walked off , I ask who he was , and a macnanic said thats the Sevice manager :nixweiss:
