Remember when everyone drank Schlitz ? Where' is it now ?

Sooner or later Bud will join Schlitz in whatever beer graveyard it went to

I thought Pabst would be there a few years ago  but it's making a comeback with the college crowd.

I remember the ad, "11,000,000 times a day America reaches for a Schlitz!"  I'll bet it was really 550,000 people doing so 20 times a day....

I used to live in the burbs of Cleveland and opened the door to a snow bank like that few times. What a great use of a renewable resource! I hope Gore looks at this site.  :beerchug:  Doc

Some A/B products give me a headache - Bud & Bud Light mainly.  No idea why, but from experience they appear to be the culprit.

When I was in my teens the bootlegger had Jax, Falstaff, or Schlitz.  Quart bottles only - $.75 a piece & we usually bought 2.  No legal sales in that county then - now beer is sold in stores there.

Ahhhh, Cleveland.  The pleasant ?? breeze blowing off Lake Erie while the river burns.......

Used  beer cool out the window of a condo in Colorado on ski trips like the above photo.  Snow is good for 2 things - cooling beer & winter sports like skiing.

Roger, this picture looks like it has been doctored a little.  I don't recall Schlitz having that much color;
