Way back, when I was about 23 there was a German beer Dinkelacher, it came in the small kegs. We would drink them on the weekends, that was the only one available locally, in NJ to us back then. Haven't seen it in years.

Talon - not familiar with that one.

Like Paulaner & it/s not hard to find.  Most of the German beers are very good.

Me enjoying a Paulaner while waiting for the results of a BBQ competition I entered last fall.  The keg was gone in about an hour.

Like I said it's been about 25 years since I had this beer. It was a little different than these. It had a rubber stopper in the top, you bought a tap, which was plastic with a long plastic pipe you would push thru the center of the rubber stopper, and there was two opposing clips that would latch to the rim on the top of the keg.

Paulaner is a favorite & each time we ride to Helen, Georgia it's inspiration to get there in time for a few, also.

F'ing A!!   Beer don't need no stinkin' lemon or lime or orange or any other foo-foo fruity wedges, dammit!   :2vrolijk_21:

Jgeorge - bet that Paulaner tastes great with your great BBQ. Using "BBQ"  is the way it's supposed to be spelled, too!  :2vrolijk_21:

Now here's a superb English Beer that is one of my favourites. Notably the Brits have been brewing beer since before Davy Crockett hit the headlines so you guys should really try and look it up.

What style of beer is it, I'll look for some, we have a few places with large selections of imports.
