Guys, I've been missing a lot of the threads lately, and even though it is not Friday and in fact, I am not even drinking, I have enjoyed catching up here.  I missed the moon ad, any you tube videos?

The things I learn about beer never cease to amaze me.  Waiting for the perfect Guinness pour....hmmmmm.  Suppose I should give that one a try.  A 10 minute pour in 3 stages.  A stopwatch or timing device is also needed or experienced barkeeps can do it from sight?

Guess I could have a beer while my Guinness is being poured (impatient American here) so the bar time spent would not be wasted.  :drink:

Watching Guinness cascade is like forplay, when it comes to drinking....

You complain about having to do it but without it you know that you can not have god's gift to man.

One of my "Offices" has the new Guiness Surger...It comes in a can (relax) and is poured in to a the correct glass.  It is then placed an the surge plate with a little water under the glass and surged ultrasonically...
A quarter floating head magically appears.

It works quite well.

In the end, Guinness is also a kidney flusher.  No comment at that point on foamy heads or several 3 minute waits.  :huepfenlol2:

Hey, Thats why they call Guinness Mothers milk, because of the nourishment and cleansing it provides.

By the way it was an Irishman in Cork who taught this impatient American (w/ some Irish blood) to order the second Guinness when the first Guinness arrived and he did the same thing.

Because this impatient American was buying.

Mike, sounds like some research needs to done on how to do a Black & Tan. I'm available to help. :drink:

Making a black n tan using the surger device is what I am having trouble with...
I can whip em up easy with bass and the Guiness can with the "widget" in it.

This stuff makes Guiness taste like water...9% abv.

I love the Guiness though, I was raised on it, as both me dear parents were from the Ol Sod..
