Saddlebag rub bar rubbing ????

Hey guys noticed the other day while cleaning bike, that there was a rub mark on the saddlebag latch. Never thought much about it till one popped up on the other saddlebag. It's where the rub bar sits when the bag is open. I'm not sure how this is rubbing because when I open bag, it just sits on bar, I'm not wiggling it or anything? Any info would be greatly appreciated !!!

Not sure why they put my tread with in Roadglide section because its a saddlebag rubbing. Would be a problem for any bike with the older style saddlebags? IDK?
