I'll bet your right.  This site is more educational than a set of encyclopedia.  And cheaper too.

Hey $$, I use V&H True Duals with S&S SPO Mufflers. Pics are here http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=10574.msg176549#msg176549 Not for everyone, but I love the sound and look. You might not. A TD will have mufflers on both sides. 2into 1's will have a muffler on right side only. Some 2:1 mfrs make a false muffler for the left to balance the look. You should look and listen to different systems. Everyone has their own preference on this issue. Hoist! 8)

Bike looks sweet Hoist, but your right, I don't think the look is for me. Anyone have pics of both sides w/RH TD? Would be greatly appreciated!!
