serk 2007 problems

Looking to purchase an 07 serk has thier been a service notice from harley to explain or fix all the problems that you guys have had.

What are your dealers saying about the problems were talking $30,000 for serk is the 08 going to have the problems fixed ?

Who many were built in 07

Hi serk and welcome to the site from England.

There have been a lot of issues talked about on here and people seem to have had quite a varied range of problems (or not). My bike was delivered at the end of June 2007 and as yet has had no issues at all. Having said that I have made the basic changes of Air Cleaner/Pipes and Powercommander. The new SERK's are truly awesome and in many peoples words "the best bike HD has ever built". Don't go beating yourself up about problems you might or might not have - after all this is a HD bike we're talking about and you'll love every minute of owning it whatever you do.
