'05 Fatboy --rear rotor bolt torque and tightening sequence

I have checked my manual that FINALLY came in the mail today for the torque values of the rear brake rotor bolts AND any tightening sequence. I could not find anything that helped just min thickness of the disc. Can anyone tell me the proper procedure to attach the brake rotor to the rear wheel and torque values and sequence?
