The boat in the previous picture isn't mine, I just patrol when they are out here for drags or ski racing. The new trend these days though is the 90mph family boat. We had a outdrive go out on a Warlock the other day with the sudden loss of speed one of the pickles dug in and flung the family out. The father broke his leg, daughter had face and jaw injuries and the mom almost drowned. We got there in time to save her and the rest of the family. Our city's motto is "DREAM EXTREME".  The only fatalities this year have been fisherman !  They get all liqueured up, stand up to take a pee and fall out of their boats and drown. Here is a pic of my boat. It's a 1974 Hurricane deck boat with a 455 olds and a Berkley jet... it gets the job done.  Doc

1931 Chevy and a 1997 30th Anniversary Z28 and a Yamaha touring snowmobile and a bunch of other stuff in this building.  Have one other building full of project toys and our daily drivers are in the garage attached to the house.  I pity the kids when they have to go thru all that stuff when I finally croak.

Man, that brings back some memories.  I had a '97 30th for 7 years and then sold it. :wall:  I shoulda kept that car. :zstupid:

Here it is getting ready to hit the road home with it's current owners on the day I sold it :bigcry:

They were super-nice folks and were ecstatic with the condition of the car when they saw it, so it made it somewhat easier.  D@mn, it hurts just to look at the pictures, but what the heck, here's one more for old times sake.  (Guess this should be in a thread called "What used to sit in your garage . . . ??")

I'm guessing from the smile on her face, that was probably the only chance he got to drive the car (been there, done that).
Either that or he just promised her anything she wanted if he could have the car (been there, done that TOO!) :( :( :(
