Here's a link to photos my brother took at the end of a competition last year.  I'm the black cowboy (and pit boss of Second Hand Smokers).  The desert was creme brule cooked on the grill.

What's brokeback mt?  That the movie you were bragging about being a body double in? 

We were there for 12 hours.  I forgot about the paulaner until reaching for a beer to take to the awards presentation and saw it in the cooler covered in ice.  We tapped it on the dumpster and I stood guard until it was gone.

bout average - used to scout where I was going to hunt the days before whenever possible - they are usually clumped up in the oddest places.  Jupiter and that area always scores the large bugs, but you contend with crappy vis and big a$$ bull sharks!

Man you are killing me...I am jonesing since you posted those pics.  The once a year crowd is out in force, some/most in crappy a$$ shape with crappy a$$ gear and they push past their limits...natural selection at 3 atmospheres.
