HeHe! Got 1st year white (they didn't make Black in '89; '90 model year)! Got it in '89. Bought it for top down driving only. But top down weather is also bike weather. Needless to say, there's only 25K on the Odometer! :nixweiss: ;D ;)

Brian, I had just gotten rid of my bike after having our second kid. Immediately I missed being in the wind and thought that would take care of my need for wind. The car was fun as cars go. But no matter how hard I tried to make it my 4 wheel motorcycle, it just wasn't near the same thing. Man, I'd split lanes and drive on sidewalks with that car! I had fun, but it wasn't a bike! So, it's been sitting unused since the early '90's! ;D ;)

Hoist,

Bought the Miata in 2000 with 10K miles on it. Told my wife I wanted a Harley or a Miata. She said "if you get the Harley you will ride alone, if you get the Miata, I would go with." We had fun with it for several years (still do) but when I saw the FXDWG2 in 2001 I knew I had to purchase just one more red vehicle. That finally happened a month ago. In order to close the deal with my wife, I had to buy her a bike as well. She's starting with a 800cc Suzuki but told her I would pay to upgrade to a HD in the future if she rode 2,500 miles/year. She took the 2 1/2 day training course and now she can't get out on her bike enough. Strange how things play out!

First time I looked it was going so fast I couldn't see the color. :D It is a sweeeeeeet ride. I'd probably have more trouble getting my ole broke up arse in that then I do getting in the Prius. ;D Seriously I had taken a glance at it earlier while at work when I didn't have time to post and it had slipped my mind.

Only just let this go early this year to help pay for the Fatty. I rebiult it over 18 months doing panle, paint and trim myself then most of the motor work with help from a good mate. She's a stock '49 Chev Style Master.
