1980 Z28, numbers matching, no rust

And A Lister(oid) 10/1 Diesel Generator - It runs the whole house, and when its -40C and ice rain and snow, its nice to have power.  It burns a Jerry can in 1.5 days running.  The longest run was 5 days nonstop.
It will also burn used Hydraulic oil and loves veg oil... its slow speed, the wheels are 250 each.. so nobody steals it in the middle of the night - common with small units.  I have enough fuel on hand to go 30 days, 90 days if I start to feed it home heating oil from the garage furnace.  I am ready for global warming lol

A little late but Momma bought me a new bigger toy for our driveway. It was a B-Day gift (Nov).

yeah no kidding.  I bought my wife one of those Dyson ball vac. for Christmas and was warned to make sure I bought her something nice to go along with it.  I bought her an attachment kit for it.  Good thing I also bought her one of those net books too.

BTW..... We just bought her a new mini van at the end of November and I was all about getting her the Weather Tech mats to keep the floor looking good and stuff off the carpet.  She thought it was a nice idea but not a Christmas gift. LOL

I do not understand why women don't like our gift ideas...... Heck I was so proud of her for thinking of the snow blower. It will be used and it is all about getting a job done! I thought the vac was the same idea.  Oh well

That is so funny, I got my wife the weather tech mats for her jeep for XMas ( I did get her something to go along).  I would definitely recommend the mats!!

Air quality, water quality, traffic, schools, fires, earthquakes, sewage spills, price of housing, unemployment, State budget deficit. Those are some of the things I remind myself of at this time of year when it's 12 below here in Minnesota and I think of our old home in San Diego.

Now, on the plus side there is the weather, Mexican food, great produce in the grocery stores, the weather, the ocean, all of the scenic beauty in the mountains and along the coast, the weather, Disneyland, Hollywierd, the weather, the coast highway, the national parks, the weather, the wineries, the lookers and, of course, the weather.

We've been back in Minnesota for 19 years now and I wouldn't go back to San Diego unless I had unlimited funds but, at this time of year, it does make you go WTF!

Child support and alimony for life for my ex was the gift from Ca. that sent me packing! She moved here first and I was right behind her. Took 3 years $35k in lawyers but no alimony and allot less child support!  :2vrolijk_21: had to go all the way to the supreme court. now I get to see my kids 2 times a year if i am lucky  :furious3:

The Weather tech mats are good and I use them but whenever I can I buy "Nifty" particularly the Extreme mats. They are better and contain all the liquid the weather techs spill over at the edges.

Unfortunately they do not make the Nifty custom fit mats for all vehicles but they do for most American makes and German SUV's No luck for my Mercedes Sedans :nixweiss:

Yeah but the Weather Tech mats I got are designed to drain out via the door sill. Which means you don't have to keep dumping out the mats like I did with the husky liners.
