Sean,
Cool pic!!

Perhaps a S/W 642 .38 in a shoulder holster might work.  It's higher up and smaller (less of a print).  I've worn a set up like that under my uniform shirt (t-shirt>shoulder holster>uniform shirt) long ago in my past life when I refused to carry my second piece in an ankle holster.  While it's not a fast draw, it's not like any of us are going to get in any shoot-outs while riding the bike and, its pretty easy to get to it if needed with some practice.  Of couse in hot weather it's not fun which is why i prefer my front pocket.  In cooler weather (like here in Seattle) it's not a problem.  Cheers,

Welcome 2pak..no mully needed...I am still looking for a new front pocket piece and have not found the new ruger lcp in 380...My kimber ucp 3" is just a little too heavy but a blast to shoot....

I'd like to strap a shotrgun on the bike for traffic issues though!   ;)

Looking to fix some traffic problems in Delray, I'd start with a 20mm cannon?

I've been looking for the new ruger too.

I have an old S&W model 66 that is exactly what you want or a Ruger Security 6 not mags but with the loads you can get today OTC they are close to the same kinetic energy at the end-couple with a JHP and BINGO! Still prefer my 40-Berreta for quick!

I'll check out the Spfld XD40 looks good, the KT was always priced. I know several PBSO carry the KT off duty.
The rug looks just like it and I heard they were a hot item, so the price was up if you can find one.
I'll talk with a KT dealer tomorrow night.  ;)

Bikers were boycotting Ruger a few years ago. Don't know if their policies changed at all. Rugers are made in a no-helmet req'd state, but they refused their employees health insurance if the employee didn't wear a hemet. Don't know if that matters to anyone, or if things have subsequently changed, but their discriminastory policy turned off a lot of bikers from buying their guns. ;)

Don't know for sure, but I would guess that the helmet requirement had more to do with the health insurance provider than Ruger.

Chucks good to go - funny all the "Chuck Norris Facts" you read in the Port O Crappers in and around Iraq...  Chuck Norris doesn't get wet when he jumps in a lake, the lake gets Chuck Norris'd.  Great guy and an "Honorary Marine".

I was looking at The Horse mag today and saw a link for Barney's Leathers.com that has a concealed leather vest that looks interesting...gonna check that out.

Some of you can identify with this more than other.......

Doctors vs. Gunowners

 Doctors

(A) The number of physicians in the U.S. is  700,000.

(B) Accidental deaths caused by Physicians  per year are  120,000.

(C) Accidental deaths per physician 0.171

Statistics courtesy of U.S. Dept of  Health Human Services.

Now think about this:

Guns

(A) The number of gun owners in the U.S. is  80,000,000.

        (Yes, that's 80 million)

(B) The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups,  is 1,500.

(C) The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is  .000188

Statistics courtesy of FBI

So, statistically, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.

Remember, 'Guns don't kill people, Doctors do.'

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR.
