What is the status of AR-10 and AR-15 Receivers in your parts? I bought 2 of each last month and sold one of each yesterday for what i paid for all four :bananarock: Sold them to my FFL pal, he is turning them around to make money for himself. Come to find out, these things are now a year out...  :nixweiss:

Went over to Del-ton today, got a new upper for my M4 and picked up my A2...  Just got done building it about 10 minutes ago, this is addicting.

Feeling the need for another caliber soon, but the PX is out of lowers!

Obama has done wonders for the short term in the gun industry.

Oh well, got mine.

Looking at a Springfield Armory hi-cap now

It is addicting and used to be fairly cheap.  Not no more. My AR-10 went from $1,400 to $2,000 in a matter of one day..  >:( Harley's and guns,, they can keep a guy poor for sure

Sean, in your opinion who has the best AR-15 set up on the market and would you go 16' or 20"?

take a look at Rock River Arms....  very reliable and last i looked...cheap(ish) LAR15A2 ( "M4" w/ 16.5 bbl)

i had my uppper tweaked and mated to a Rock lower and she shoots like a dream.....  have hung a Surefire Pic Rail with their M910 Light; EoTech on a LaRue Tactical quick release rail, ARTMS 40 flip up BUIS ; tactical Tailor 3 point sling  eats everything i put in it and shoots straight

yea i know...

Interesting, I thought it was just me that was stuck in cleaning mode. What would y'all suggest instead of Wolf other than reloads?

check out Palmetto State Armory

good prices on factory ammo in bulk

1000 5.56 fo 350  ( not that wolf crap!)

Times have changed......when my Dad rode his Knucklehead across these United States in the late 30's, he carried a shotgun in a fork-mounted scabbard.  Not sure you would get too far with one mounted now. I remember someone on here mentioning that they got pulled over for a sword mounted on a sissy bar in Virginia, I think.  :-\  har!  spyder

Spyd,

I recall when I bought my 650 Tiger there was a guy in the Triumph shop that just rode sea to sea with his 30-30 mounted in a scabbard and said he never had a problem with anyone.  Circa 1970 when bikers did run into some issues from time to time in some areas of the country, especially if you had long hair etc.

Like you said, with our sorry PC azzes now it wouldn't go over well.  You don't even see gun racks in trucks out here anymore.

On another note, there have been increasing gun violence attacks from gangs in malls etc. in the Seattle area these past weeks, may have to carry 24-7 soon.

I'd ride with my M4...but I am guessing it would cause too much commotion, and probably cause unnecessary drag.  Hell, if I got a 14.5 in barrel with the, and the carbine stock...hmmm, might just fit in a bag.  They are sold out of lowers, but there are AR-15 Pistol Kits!

Was joking to the wife that I needed a scabbard for the SERK...easy for my KLR.

Only half kidding

Its not uncommen to see just that in Arizona. The bars and Harley dealers make you check them in before intering though.  Doc

It's just a 'hassle' that we live with as our society ebbs & flows.  :soapbox: And I thought it was just my paranoid azz that did that.  :-X har!  spyder

I was of the understanding that permits are required to conceal carry, and open carry for most states was permissable. :nixweiss:

the supreme court did decide that the right to bear arms is in our favor. the man just wants ya in the system, and by obtaining the permit we agree to there terms.

i wish i never got a cwp, the libility factor goes up.

i was in fear of my life.
