Has anyone successfully removed the glued on red reflectors from the rear fender with out damaging the paint?

Try a blow dryer and some dental floss.  Heat the reflector and run the dental floss behind it and it should come right off, may have a little tape left that usually rubs right off.

I got the tank badge off the same way , hot water and elbow grease can help removing any latent goo.

I'd do a test spot first, but I took the reflectors off the frame on my RK, and it left a mess, I used brake clean, the tape came right off, sprayed it on a rag and wiped it off. But for the tank and fenders I'd do a test area.

Bingo, give that man a cigar.

Denatured alcohol works on the residue and won't damage your paint

I bought a heat gun a long time ago for this purpose.  Heat it up first then use goo be gone or wd40 for the residue.

I pryed them off by hand and rolled the excess glue off with my fingers. No chemicals required. ;)
