Family friend
« on: November 18, 2007, 11:53:00 PM »

I had a family friend pass away this morning, he had a heart attack about a week ago, and he came home from the hospital just a couple of days ago. They seem to think that everything was ok, but his body just gave up this morning without warning! He was in his late 60's.

I was going to go see him yesterday, but instead I said that I would go see him tommorow, but he didn't make it and I never got to see him and say Hello!! I feel really bad, cause he was always really good to me and my family, he was our neighbor for 12 years and a family friend for 30 years!! I had some ups & downs in my life and he always excepted me regardless of my faults at times!!

He was not a rider, but he always supported me as a motocross racer when I was younger, always making me put on my helmet even when I was just messing around on the bike!! Even now as I am older and on the Harley, he was always asking me where my helmet was when I didn't wear it!!

He loved to see the bikes going down the road, even though he didn't ride, he always supported us riders!!

I just wanted to post this so he would see that I am thinking about him and to say thanks to him for always making me wear my helmet!!

Even though he didn't ride with us guys, I think he would of fit right in here!!

He was a good guy and I will miss him very much,
                                                                                  Take care Noel,
                                                                                                         Little Mikey

Mike,  Our condolences to you and his family.  Good friends are far and few between.  Keep his memory alive - tell everyone you see to "Wear Your Helmet."  He will live on through you, and you may save a few lives in the process.

Mr. Parisi was a nice guy. It has been years that I saw him but was always good to Little Mikey. He was at the hospital the same time my mom was there and I didn't go see him either. At the time it seems like there is not enough time in the day for things like that and you tell yourself maybe tomorrow. Well, sometimes tomorrow never comes. God speed Mr. Parisi and I'll see you on the other side. I will be the kid comming in on a wheelie wearing my helmet!!

Sorry Mike!!
