I am planning on doing a SE 95in kit on my 04 non-CVO RG.

which stage kit are you looing at?

stage one reuses your stock cams stage 2 includes the SE-203 cams that came stock in the 02 SERK that alone should get you about 15ft-lbs and 15HP how much more you looking for?
