Yes they did. Now that it's here, I've compared it to the old frame and the difference is amazing. The welds are still visible, but all the globs and blobs and splatter are gone. It really looks nice.

Would it be possible to get a comparison picture for educational purposes?

Yea, but that would be like getting this thread back on track and I don't know if that is allowed. :huepfenlol2:

How 'bout a pic. with the tank or bag or at least a side cover in there so we can try to visualize the whole deal together? :nixweiss: :2vrolijk_21:

Bet that phrase has been running through your mind a lot lately, what with all the shiny new paint and glossy, sparkly powdercoat! :huepfenlol2:

Wow, that is awesome. Doesn't even look like the same frame  :2vrolijk_21: I guess that kind of brings this thread back to ground zero. Though all of the entertainment makes the time pass a little quicker till you get all the pieces back.  :huepfenlol2: For what it's worth ....We're all waiting, or at least I am. Can't wait to see some chrome next to that pretty red frame..... :2vrolijk_21:.....Jon

Wow, what a difference. :o Never would have paid much attention before seeing the comparison. For those that weld is that splatter, etc normal and the MoCo just doesn't clean them up, or just poor workmanship?
