Sure don't. I called up to Charlies on Friday to ask that, but she was gone already. She just left Charlie's on Friday. I don't know when she'll start in Cinci. I can imagine as PM, she'll have new responsibilities that may get in the way. :nixweiss:

Nothing has changed.

I just spoke to Jenny and she says same deal. 20% 0ff. She's eager to hear from everyone as she's eager to show her new boss what he's got to look forward to.  She also said she's never seen a place with so many parts.

Just made the same discovery a few minutes ago when I called to place an order.

I spoke with Brian all pricing will remain with the 20% discount, so until Jenni gets settled it business as usual at Charlies.

Brian said, she is moving up at Tri-County, Mgr. or equivalent, good for her.

Did he mention if customers would have to deal directly with him to get this like they were w/Jenny? If you can get more specifics I can add them back as one of the dealers that offer 20% discount in the thread I referenced earlier.

To quote Brian, he mentioned they will contine to accommodate us with the 20% discount.

They will need to hire someone to help with the load, but he is the go to person for now.

My experience with Charlies HD and Jenni, was no handling fee and very reasonable shipping cost.

Some of the others were off the chart with S&H cost.

Chuck, thanks for passing along the info. on Jenni.  I called her at the new job today and ordered some things.  She asked where I found out that she moved and I told her, "Chuck from the CVO website let me know."  She asked me to let everyone know she moved and I told her you already did! ;D  She's real excited about her new opportunity and really appreciates our business!

I hope she like her new digs in Cincy. She's an asset, that's for sure.
