Well...I'm now frustrated.
Tomorrow it will have been a week since I filed my claim. Word from Boston HD is that the guy from the insurance co. looked at the bike on Wed....originally he was supposed to be there Tuesday AM.
I got a letter of acknowledgment for my claim and web page where I could track the status of my claim, and of course...there's nothing on the page. No appraisal...
Obviously, the dealer can't rebuild the bike until they hear. And I'm sitting here watching another great week of weather go by.
My wife...the "glass half full"...she says "Look at the bright side...you're antsy about not getting the bike back quick....if you'd had broken something in the accident, you'd be off the road for months...better to not have the bike..than to have it and not be able to ride it."
Damn...she's smaaaaaaht. (said in New England accent)
