just do it.  Or you'll always be wondered "what if?"  I've got 6,000 trouble free miles on mine.  I'll likely get the extended warranty before my two year anniversary comes.  I bought mine in Jan 07.

Buy the bike and the warranty.  I've been waiting for over 4 months now and have tossed and turned over the 110" but I'm still going for it - at this point I think I'll see the Easter Bunny first!

I just pulled the trigger yesterday on my 05, 103 ci.  Happy to say that mine comes with lifetime warranty.  I will pass on some advice I got from this site.  Don't look back with regret, buy it, ride it as often as you can, don't look back.

Welcome :bananarock:  OK lets cut to the chase here... Buy the bike you'll love it... Some of the guy's above this reply must have stock in Mo Co or are going into public office.  They have either taken matters into their own hands and did the repairs themselves, or have had Mo Co fix it more than once... (Just being honest here)  I love my bike, sure I'm a little bitter after having a leak after 5k, but I forget all about it when I twist the wick..  GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to CVO Harley!!!!!!  :2vrolijk_21:

I recently got my 2008 FLHTCUSE-3 with the 110 and I traded a 2006 FLHTCUSE with the 103. I purchased the extended warranty which is good until 2015. Bumpus Harley-Davidson in Mufreesboro has always taken real good care of me and I'm not looking back......

Welcome from Pennsylvania.......

most of us would either still buy the bike in spite of the issues looming over us or would still buy the bike even if we had issues.

these problems can be fixed with some inconvenience , but that is all it is. I do not know of anyone that their life would end if the bike happen to break down.

These bikes are not a necessity, but are discretionary.   Just enjoy the ride
