Our Gas prices are really running wild over here at the moment. I filled up my Cage today with a little over 14 Gallons of Gas and it cost me the equivalent of $150.00 - yep you read it right $150.00 for 14 Gallons of Gas.

Now that smarts.

I feel your pain - I know this won't help you much but it's nice to hear that we are not the only ones feeling the pinch- So how often to you need to fill it?  I didn't think the Island was that large (for Milage) anyway :)

I get about 500 - 550 miles on a tank. I do about 25,000 to 30,000 miles a year. So at current prices I guess I spend the equivalent of about $8,000.00 per year.

Wish I hadn't worked that out!

I just thought it was bad here.....You're paying $10.70 per gallon?????

Regular Unleaded here is $3.15 per gallon and diesel is $3.64 per gallon

Just filled up, I am in Calgary. Regular gas (87 Octane) is CDN $1.18.9 per lire, with exchange of the CDN/US Dollar today that would equate to approximately US $4.15/gallon.

And we have been paying this kind of pricing for years.

No wonder twenty five plus years ago our Liberal Government pushed metrification on us, so the pricing of fuel would not scare us.
