Being a new member, and having time on my hands, I have been reading through most of the postings.
The one on HID Conversions caught my eye, as I have done this conversion on my 08 CVO Springer. Although I rarely ride at night, my riding Buddies tell me that I look like a second Sun behind them.
I bought the conversion on E-Bay UK from a great guy who is regularly advertising the HID Conversion. But he does two types? The type that fits has the "Slim Ballast"
OK Doing the connecting up is really easy. I used the side light for power and earth. I removed the bulb shroud, as the HID has it's own Shroud.
Now To re fit everything in the shell, You will need more than patience. But please believe that everything will fit in there. It just takes time and care!
