Thanks for the heads up Mike.  Appreciate it.  Maybe a little slow therapeutic bike polishing on a nice spring day?

Glad your home.  Feel better.  Be good (enough).

I thought that's what you were going to do to help a Brotha out????? I could sit back in my rocking chair take a nap kick my feet up relax.

No seriously I am just going to lay around all day. Thanks

Thanks Jerry. I promise you all I have not taken this for granted. I am doing a follow up tomorrow morning. I am feeling great except for the right shoulder and arm. I know if I were allowed George would take the pain away. So far 2 days with no pepsi and I really do feel better.

Well I'm happy that you're doing better.  But Pepsi? :nixweiss:  O.K. I don't know anybody that drinks more pepsi than I do......so tell me, how much were you drinking?  Now you've got my attention.  And please, let us know what the doc is saying about that right sholder and arm.

You know that already.  You really need something you just call.  Just want to bitch and kvetch about the doctors; just call.  Want to be reminded that neither of us can outrun co-eds anymore; JUST CALL!

DCF, I just saw this. Glad to hear that you're feeling better. Sorry we didn't get more face time together in York. As for the Pepsi, I was at 8 - 10 20oz bottles a day. I went cold turkey on Tuesday. Never realized how addictive that stuff is. The doctor told me I had to quit.

Thanks guys. I am home and resting. It is most likely stress related from the job or too much caffeine. Regardless I see my doctors tomorrow. But I promise everything is OK.

I did check myself in Friday with a sharp pain in the center of my chest. All tests were negative. Was released yesterday and spent the night with family.

Been there, done that DAWG. No idea what sets it off. Glad to hear you're ok. All I can say is keep the stress level down, the fun level up and watch the caffeine.

So whats with the pepsi?

I use to drink 4-5 cokes a day, especially at work and on the boat.

4-5 years ago for no apparent reason I gave up the soft drinks and started drinking water, actually like it better!

Room temp and no ice preferred.

The Dr. told me I was drinking too much of it ( like four 2 liter bottles a day). The caffeine was no good for me and I'd loose weight it I stopped. I figured it couldn't hurt. I remember Henry trying to quit last time we were at CHL. You can ask him, it's not easy!

I keep finding myself in emergency rooms with atrial fibrillation and yet I continue to drink a Starbucks Grande Mocha every day . My soon to be MD daughter preaches to me about it and then drinks 6 cans of regular Diet Coke a day

We're all addicted to something.

AJ, not even thinking about all the caffeine or other things in that much soda just taking in that much volume how you'd you stay out of the restroom?  I'd be up and down all night long.

Seriously that is a problem. Family members kept telling me I had a prostrate problem, I check out fine. It was all the liquid I was taking in. It's kinda like a dog, what goes in must come out.
