Our wonderful tollway and their great minds here in Illinois decided to do a series of patch work on I-90 East and West bound from Hoffman Estates, IL. all the way past Belvidere, IL. mostly in the truck lanes.  Instead of using asphalt patch, Some master mind decided to used the black liquid sealant used to seal cracks on the road. (Snakes as we call them here) some of these patches are 2' to 3' wide and anywhere from 4' long to 40' long.  I don't know how I didn't go down the other day when I hit one when it was drizzling I could feel the rear slipping and the front skipping.  So any of you that maybe using our beloved tollway system here in Illinois beware
