Can I put a Ultra-like rear seat backrest on my SERK?

My wife & I rode my buddies Ultra and she loves the rear seat and wrap around backrest. Not sure if I can picture one on my 08 road king though with a tourpak ofcourse.  Can you put a backrest like that on a RK or will it look "odd"? If not, it looks like I may trade up for a 09 Ultra.

If you've put a hard tour pak on it (chopped or king) you'd be able to use that backrest if you wanted to.  Couldn't use it on the Road King leather tour paks.
