after pulling my plugs i noticed something i had paid no attention to before.shop had just changed plugs....my rear spark plug has a chrome spark plug cover and forward one does not....not sure why that is....did the fxr3 come with both?? also how do you remove them and/or install them?i suspect they just slip over the bottom of plug after install of plug and i assume you just pry them off,,correct??? thx all

Yes, both plugs should have the chrome "ring" that fits on top of the hex on the spark plug.  Inside is a rubber piece with the ID molded in a hex shape and they just friction fit it place.  Double-sided tape on your fingers works well for pulling them off.
