Steve joined the ranks of happy SEEG riders this evening.  May God save the SEEG and the Roads it Rides On.  Congratulations Steve.  Best of all possible wishes for many many miles and years of enjoyment.  Please keep the saddlebag pins cinched tight.

Now, however, it's time to help the man out.  It looks to be a relatively stock Jalapeno.  So, in no particular order, what can we suggest he just must to do it to finish getting it in riding trim?

Here are some basics to start:

Remove the anatomically tortuous seat.

Change the handlebars.

Gear drive cams.

Change it to red.

Front suspension upgrade.

Change rear shocks.

That's enough to start.

Ok, all kidding aside, congratulations on the new bike Steve.  It looks great.  Should be a lot of fun :2vrolijk_21: .

Steve, Dood has a nice set of fancy tour pak hinges he bought that he's never going to have the stones to install.  You might get them cheap.

That would never happen. My parents taught me you never give/sell a gift it's just not the proper thing to do. What more then likely will happen (since I'm "stoneless") is that one day I'll be around the "no-name conspirators" buy some beer, and have them assist me in the install, then we :beerchug:. :2vrolijk_21:

Can't imagine anyone liking dOOd enough to buy him hinges but he can't give them away!
Wouldn't be right!

Bring her to Hood River for the GTG. Your other bike has been out west now you need to bring this one out here.
Bring your brother and fredsmom also ;D

PS as far as the wife comment.... I AM THE ONE THAT TALKED THE ROOSTER INTO THE CVO. He likes gadgets and I like shiny and pretty. The heated seat is a  :2vrolijk_21: Moral of story find a wife that loves what you want and do.

Hmmm, don't you go around any buses today, and for heavens sake if it storms run for cover. :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

As I stated above the hinges will not be given away or sold. They will remain in my possesion until I either get the "stones" or I'm around one of the "conspirators". I know one of them has installed several pair already, one of them has some to install on his/her tourpaks, and the last one has a leather tourpak however they are very comfortable around tools. Now the dilemma is just getting around one of those conspirators if I remain "stoneless". ;D
