So I Almost Blew a Car Up...
« on: July 04, 2008, 10:35:15 PM »

BIG freaking rocket, like the good ones... :2vrolijk_21:

The wind catches it and knocks the tube over - I yeah out "OH CHIT" (we are at the Chaplains house - no kidding).

I am thinking oh crap, do I step on it?  Re-aim it?  Kick it?  I have kids and others watching on the side of the street so I was worrying about what to do and not get someone hurt.

I kicked it to ensure it was not aiming at anyone, it rockets off, under the van, down the street and blows up right in front of a car - like under the front bumper.

So I put the rest of them away.

Phew...this was AFTER the cop came by and ensured we didn't have any "illegal" fireworks.

I thought you were trained in the use of deadly weapons. Just pretend it's a rocket launcher or something. When the cops come by tell them your training. (glad no one was hurt)
