Additional Accessory Switch
« on: June 10, 2005, 06:39:24 PM »

Hey all!!  Has anyone out there installed a second accessory switch on their 05 SEEG?  I bought an additional switch and need information on connecting the switch wires to the existing connector.  Looking at my connector, I have blank slots for #9, 10, and 11.  Does anyone know which slot the switch wires goes to?  Any help is appreciated.

Somebody on this site has done it and posted pictures (before the hacking and photo deletion) however, I don't remember who that was.  Not sure, but you might want to send Darrell H a PM.

Pretty sure Mobe has added the second switch on his green bike also.

I added one.  I did not wire it into the connector for the other accessory wire.  I fed the wires into the fairing and connected the power lead to the Aux power connector (I alsu used this for the Radar Detector) and the Ground to a ground.  I then left the unconnected switched lead tied off in the fairing ready for us as well as a ground pigtail.
