Why does the orange one have a brake light on the fender and the other two colors do not?

Hold on, don't get excited. ;D The pictures weren't labeled to what bike they were for they were only generic titles ie: img..... I was trying to look at the bikes and figure out what bike they were for. It's possible that they may be CUSE's or something other. If anyone can tell from the pictures which they are let me know and I'll put them in the appropriate place.
