Hello Everyone,

Just put down a deposit on a 2009 SEUC.  Stardust Silver  & Twilight Blue.  Hope to have it by end of the week.  Currently riding 06 Heritage Classic.  What I have read on this forum about the SEUC kinda scares me a little.  Seems there is  lots of negative comments about this bike.  I am very excited about purchasing the bike,  but wonder if I am making a mistake now.

Welcome. None of them are perfect off of the floor. You're buying a great motorcycle and will get years of miles of smiles. Things will come up and you'll learn how to deal w/ most of them right here. Enjoy and congrats.

Welcome and post some pictures when it comes in.
This is year 3 of the 110 so it should be better, but it is HD, anything is possible.
Relax, enjoy and ride the wheels off it.
I have one on order too.  9-26-08 alleged ship date.

Welcome to the site! I have the same bike/color on order, however will have to wait much longer before any '09 will show up in Europe. Don't let anyone spoil the fun, it is a great bike and you will have many miles of great riding. And do not forget to post many pics, because

Has anyone heard the sound of the 09 SEUC.  Also I have heard that the aftermarket pipes/mufflers  will be delayed for about 1 year.  Seems Harley wants to hold onto the exhaust market on the SE's.  Of course u can hear anything but was really wanting to put some Rinehart's on the new scoot.  but that may not happen as soon as I would like if this is true.
