I was on my 56 Panhead at night and ran right square over an armadillo, with that 16 inch front tire all you heard was crunch, crunch, and a little bump. Scared the chit out of me but it was too big to dodge so I just lined it up to hit it square.

in 02 on route 95 114 mile marker a truck ran over a eight foot 4 by 4 and flipped it up, hit my fairing right  over the right spot lamp. left a hole in my fairing and a tobacco stain in my shorts  axil

A big wild turkey in south Georgia.  Hit on the windshield & my left shoulder.  Big bruise - almost knocked me off the bike.  Bird was last of 6 turkeys crossing the road in a single file line & glad I slowed down.  He decided to fly directly into me at the last minute.  Appears I fulfilled his kamikaze death wish.  Even though I was encouraged to go back by my riding buddies to pick him up & take him home to cook, I did not.  Bike was a damn mess. Rider behind me said it looked like I hit a pillow & it exploded.

Axil, I did not have time to have tobacco stains....but damn a 4 x 4 is bad.

When the coyote hit my fairing...it left a bone in my fairing and blood and guts all over me

The 2 State troopers turned around when I exited off into Wall SD. They thought the body organs were mine and tried to keep me on the ground. Then one said that my shirt was not even torn, so they let me up and my buddy washed all of the innards off me with the garden hose....and off we went.

We did ask the ST if we could follow them at the speed they were going

Riding to South Georgia two years ago on my SE Fat Boy,  A blue Jay, or a blue bird,( I couldn't get the exact species at 70+ mph).  Anyways he hit my right leg, had a 3X3 bruise on my shin for a couple of days.  rear foot peg had a couple of feathers stuck on it.

Diesel truck exhaust pipe 4" by about 3 foot. Rush hour on the Seattle Viaduct on my 03 SERK one summer night. I was in the left lane of three lanes southbound as the cage ahead cleared the exhaust pipe I was 3 car lengths behind doing about 40 with no where to go with a cage to the right and guard rail with 35 foot drop to the street below on the left and 3 seconds to choose. Held on tight and subconciously squared up and hit the sucker and rode over it. Fortunately it was long and heavy enough that it didn't spin or flip/jump-up- pulled over as soon as I could and checked for damage. NADA! Threw those shorts away when I got home!
