Been behind the "wet" livestock truck, swarm of bees - twice last summer - b#*@#'s always sting me in my ear. Rolled over a snake a few years ago. I saw it, too late to swerve, I heard it slap under the bike. I turned around in time to see it slither into a ditch. However, the scariest was....

a herd of sheep! About 25 years ago, when I was wild and crazy, was crossing the Sierra's - one of the passes south of Tahoe. Probably doing 75+ on the twisties. It starts looking like the road is parting (like Moses parting the ocean) No, wait, chit my pants, it's a herd of sheep! Panic stop - almost hit a sheep just before I completely stop. All is ok- no damage. Sheep just keep milling around. But all is not ok. My legs are shaking, I need to sit a spell. My buddies that were behind me come riding up. They had slowed down, they had seen the sign "open range"!!! Lesson learned!

Last year it was a hawk , 2 years I had to duck to avoid hitting a Condor, it's feet grazing me, they are quite large in person! Many years age I hit a cow on my dirt bike, bent my bars but mostly just stuned us both. I won't even bring up the truck

I have hit a skunk, (nasty) a racoon, a pheasant in the face, (almost lost it) clipped a deer, (fur in my boot laces and right side bag) and had 2 bee's stuck in my helmet. Yup, they both stung me.

  I seen a buddy hit a skunk once.  It squirted out the back and hit the guy behind him square in the chest.  I laughed so hard, I had to stop, thought I would piss my pants.  It took them almost two weeks to get the smell off thier bikes.  Priceless.

I didn't hit it -- good thing -- and thus, it probably doesn't count.  However, I was riding to work one morning and was behind a semi hauling chickens to the local processing plant.  We were probably doing 70 or so, and one of them high up on the load "broke loose."  I had this white thing just go whizzing by my helmet.  I was laughing my head off when I realized that thing could have probably done just that.
