I love my FXRG boots.  They are the only boots I now wear.  Comfortable, waterproof and they wear well.  What more can I say.

I have been curious about those boots, I've always worn tactical Goretex like Bates. They are less than half the price of the FXRG, I just assumed the extra $100 was for the HD stamp on a 100 dollar boot. What do you like about them?

Looks like the FXRG boots now come with a side zipper.

Yeah! You can buy a bunch of chips for $100. But if you don't watch out, you could turn out to be fat, but happy! :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

One morning was 19 and one was 15 here this week rode all week and the fxrg with a heated HD jacket and gloves did the trick was not at all uncomfortable. If you ride an ultra(or have faring lowers) I really don't think heated pants are necesarry but that is just my opinion.

Is there any other brand that would compare favorably to the HD nylon FXRG jacket & pants??  I'm looking for price comparisons.

In trying to save a buck or two I bought the Fox Creek jacket thinking it might be comparable. It was not even close, I got the FXRG and the Fox Creek sits on the wall of the garage to remind me it can get expensive trying to save a buck.
Anyone want a Fox Creek large, cheap?

You are talking about the leather jacket right?

Yep, the Fox Creek is one heavy momma and probably better leather and a higher degree of protection but just not designed near as well, for me. Nor is it anywhere near as comfortable as the FXRG.

Look on eBay- I got a new with tags 3XL FXRG jacket for $125 and the pants for $99...both new.

Have to be the best scores I have made on eBay.

Love the jacket, have not worn the pants yet - been warm here.

FXRG riding gear discontinued from HD.

They still show 9 FXRG items available on HD's website. ;)
