And personal responsibilty is the point. When I fell in Wyoming, the hotel offered to pay me because I fell in thier parking lot. (tripped over my own feet) They said it was common practice 'cause it's cheaper than the lawsuit. I said BS, save it for when YOU screw up, instead of me. ..... the law is just dumb sometimes...
