It's with a heavy heart that I write this post. I didn't want to burdon this place with what I've endured the last few weeks. But I can let you all know now that Mom has ridden off to her new life elsewhere. She was a great lady who raised a wonderful family. She died proud to know we are all doing well. She got to say goodbye to everyone dear to her and was at peace. She passed in her sleep this afternoon at the Hospice. I feel lucky that I was able to be there to share her last breath with her. No drama, just peace. She's now painfree, and in perfect health for her new adventure in her next world!!!

May she ride forever now with the wind at her back and with clear blue skies ahead! Keep the rubber side down and the shiney side up Mom!!!! Know that we all love you and will miss you dearly. But we'll live on for you and continue to make you proud!!! You'll be forever in our hearts!!! I love you Mom!

Howie, nothing I can say will restore your Mom to you, but as I always say to folks, based on my own experience:  We should be glad to have had those fine people in our lives for as long as we did.  May God bless you and your family in your time of loss.
