Dealer told me that my bike would be in on 8-29, now he told me not till 9-5.

Anyone got theirs or know of any now at dealers?

Dealer called me this week and said my black/char would be built on Dec 5. He also said they had a Autumn Haze being built at the same time.  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  So far, all I've heard of or seen is the green.  Looks like they are doing them is stages like we first thought, but then heard different.  Sure lots of weird info on the color thingy. [smiley=nervous.gif]

My Autumn Haze in set to be delived to Central CA, next week was shipped on August 30
Just in time as my 2003 FLHRSEI2 just sold today. Sure hope the AH paint isn't as Gold as the 03 SE RK

Mine just arrived at the dealer late this afternoon. They're closed for the long weekend and I'm away Tue. & Wed. so it's gonna be late next week until I can pick it up.

I am in Chicago but bought it in upstate New York.

Dealer just called and still not in yet. They don't know why or what the hold up is.

Just noticed your geographies Dean and had to smile and wonder.  Will the bike be shipped home or will riding it home be its first new adventure with its happy new owner?

I was going to go in the truck and pull the trailer, as we bought 3 bikes from this dealer.

You are correct, I was going to ride the "USE" about half way back and than load it . But it never got to the dealer yet, and we need the other two bikes to convert into trikes that we need now for demo's. (need for York open house on 9-21)

The dealer has no reason from Harley as to why the Haze has not shipped yet. Only that none of the Haze has left the factory due to some "problem"

Dealer was told by factory on 8-30 it would be on truck. And it never got their.......

But the good news is the dealer is in route now to state line of Ohio and Ind to meet us with the two bikes, and he will do the same when the "USE" gets in.

So we only need to drive 6 hours out and back , not 20 hours round trip to get the bikes.

And you know.......I don't" need" the bike right now but..........It's new, I bought it, I want to ride it, I want to know how it is,.............

And I need to convert it to a trike and get complet new paint on it

Yea,,,,,,,just the same as a kid with a new toy..........but I don't have the toy and I don't know when I will see it................

I guess that explains why my dealer didn't get the Autumn haze yet.

Was out at the local shop for a few minutes yesterday and asked when they expected to have one in (just want to see one in person).  They're still under the impression they've got one on the way in a couple weeks.  Apparently not.....

No show on my Autumn Haze, either. I was on the road last couple of days and stopped at HD shop today and still no bike. Anyone heard more on the possible paint problem?
