Thinking about selling 01 SERG. price help

I'm thinking about selling my 01 SERG. It is all original. It has been garage kept and never laid down. Only 1 minor small scratch on the lower bag. I have the riders backrest and the SE cover. Their is about 14 months left on the factory extended warranty.The bike just turned 40000 miles. Tires are about 60%. Located in Ohio Guys give me a idea what it is worth. Thanks for any any input.
