Well I've put the ol girl on the trailer and she at the shop. She's been neglected and I feel guilty. So she's in for a face lift and a tuck to become road worthy.

Been search up part for her which is not easy as the 84 has some part unique to just that year. However I did find a couple of unusual Harley part to put on her such as this new center console

I'll be dropping in a cam but no head work at this time. Going to let my son ride it for the year then see what else I might want to do. I am putting new Progressive 412's on

Nice bike, wish I still had mine. I remember the dealer telling me not to wait for a belt drive to come out because of the rubber mounted motor...and you know what happened in in 85. Other than that I think it was the best Harley I ever had and I've have had several since.  :2vrolijk_21:   Doc

They truly are impressive scooters. I've always been amazed how fast they scoot making so little power. And are they ever nimble! Harley really had one heck of a frame and bike with these! I know the paint will fade / darken some with use but I can not get over how much better she looks.  :huepfenjump3: ;) ;D
