I have to say, if it wasn't for this site, I do not believe that I would have traveled to so many great places with so many great people!  Yes, Anne and I had ridden most of New England and New York but never beyond.  We loaded the bike into the truck  to go to daytona once.

But in 2005 that all changed when I went on the trip to MV...since then, there have been no boundaries....only states, provinces and countries to check off!

No need for Welcomes....I am just resurrecting this old thread to re-introduce myself a second time!

Been living in DC for the past year working an assignment and finally home in July.  During that time I did not ride my bikes, not once.  Was just going to be too complicated getting it down there and keeping it on a tender.

However, upon return, Anne and I took our nieces on an Alaskan vacation for a couple of weeks including a Cruise and a Land tour.  We had a fantastic time with them but eventually put them on a plane home from Fairbanks.  Anne and I then flew back to Anchorage for a couple of more days there and to rent a Harley for the day.  We had great weather but given this was my first time on a Bike in a year I was definitely a little timid and limited our trip to about 200 miles down the Seward Hwy.  So, as you can see from my signature I have now completed the 50 US states with the 48 contiguous ones on my own bikes.  Anne is pissed since she is still missing Nebraska and Iowa. Nothing against those states but I am not sure I will ever be riding in them again so Anne may be SOL.

Anyways, just wanted to say hello again and that I have been trying to read some of the threads over the past year.  Anne and I were able to meet up with Neal and Sue this past weekend but as this site continues to grow there are more and more of you that I have yet to meet and those that I have I look forward to seeing you all again at some point in the future!

In addition to my 03 SED I am still riding the 08 SE Ultra was bought at the Sedona GTG!
