I stopped by my HD service department last week and asked if my 05 SEEG was affected by this recall.

I spoke to my Tech yesterday regarding the recall and this is his quote.

"OK there was a recall for the bikes built between June 1st and July 8th.  The problem was where the joint met the fitting it was soldered improperly.  The problem has been remedied though so yours will be golden".

Yes, I got the same results.  My new 06 CUSE just delivered on Nov 2nd and it is not part of the recall.  I suppose they stopped the knuckleheads before they screwed up too many bikes.
